With more than 40 years of experience in the southern Nevada real estate game, Dave “Coach” Crete and his wife and business partner Aylin are creating a real estate revolution. A new, patent-pending listing program that solves some of the biggest problems facing home sellers and buyers.

They chose us to create Coach Crete’s Home Team brand. The brand launch required an integrated marketing and communications campaign that would rapidly establish and grow awareness of the company and its Home Field Advantage listing program in the super-competitive Las Vegas real estate market. Especially in the Hispanic community.

Revitalized its look and feel, provided a major lift in on-site and on-property conversions and gave it a sharp, new competitive edge.

Project Brief

Television City Las Vegas is a state-of-the-art market research and data collection company located inside the MGM Grand hotel and casino on the Las Vegas Strip. It tests TV shows, movies, advertising and other products for global brands, using diverse audiences made up of MGM guests and visitors from across the country. It’s also an iconic Las Vegas attraction that offers a unique entertainment and educational experience to thousands of participants each year.

TVC needed new branding that would stand out from other MGM attractions, as well as new messaging that appeals to both potential market research clients and participants alike.

Branding

Coach Crete is well known in the Las Vegas valley as a highly successful real estate broker and volunteer football coach. These elements provide the creative foundation for the CCHT branding strategy. All brand assets integrate vibrant football and real estate imagery with straightforward messaging in Coach Crete’s authoritative, mentoring, no-BS tone.

This bold look, feel and tone amplifies the unique value of Coach Crete’s Home Field Advantage program and completely differentiates the brand from all competitors. Our gameplan drives brand awareness and engagement, and effectively delivers key messages that convert.

Rebranding

After more than 20 years, TVC’s new branding needed to rejuvenate its presence in the marketplace and reinforce its world-class reputation.

It also had to out-Vegas its high-profile neighbors also competing for the time and attention of MGM guests and visitors. And it needed to engage and compel these potential market research participants to choose this completely unique Las Vegas entertainment experience.

Corporate Identity

The Coach Crete’s Home Team identity is unique in the southern Nevada real estate marketplace. The logo typography blends modern and traditional sports-themed fonts that are familiar, accessible and powerful.

The high-contrast, high-visibility color palette can’t be ignored. It rivets attention and increases retention and conversions, especially in OOH campaigns. And the brand’s icon neatly combines a house and a football with a shield that projects strength and protects the interests of home sellers and buyers.

Corporate Identity

TVC’s new identity icon features a consumer TV screen that displays professional “color bars,” dozens of small squares symbolizing the quantitative and qualitative data TVC’s state-of-the-art methods and technologies reveal, while the buildings show how TVC’s expert analysis brings the data to life in the real world.

Website Development

We built a website that’s pretty much like Coach Crete himself – a bold, commanding, compelling presence that’s just a bit larger than life. The fully integrated, industry standard IDX listing platform delivers the latest features and info home sellers and buyers expect.

The site structure and design incorporate current best practices and are optimized for Local SEO. The ultra-clean UX efficiently guides visitors to conversions that keep the phones ringing.

The content homes in on Coach Crete’s patent-pending Home Field Advantage program and clearly differentiates the key benefits for both sellers and buyers. It also highlights Coach and Aylin’s extensive expertise, notable press coverage and dedication to family, football and the Las Vegas community.

Advertising

Introducing a new brand in Las Vegas, the sensory overload capital of America, requires awareness advertising that stands out from the glitz and stands apart from the competition.

Our OOH strategy combines vivid graphics with powerful, concise messaging on targeted static and mobile boards that maximize impressions, time on message and retention. And Coach’s “totally excessive” GMC dualie simply can’t be un-seen.

We also partnered with Telemundo Las Vegas to craft a series of groundbreaking spots, including four two-minute educational vignettes that feature Aylin (who is fluent in Spanish) and Coach (who is… not) counselling real home sellers and buyers.

The spots position Aylin as the face and voice of the company in the Las Vegas Hispanic community, and Coach Crete’s Home Team as a caring, experienced real estate the community can trust.
